Don't wait too long to start on your defense strategy

In our recent blog post, we discussed how the investigative process plays an important part in the criminal justice process. If you recall, there are some instances in which errors will be made during this process. It is up to your defense team to try to fish out those errors so that we can use them as part of your defense.

We know that trying to find errors and discredit evidence might be difficult. You might not know where to start. We can work with you to determine what we need to look at first. From there, we work to get you a comprehensive defense strategy.

In assault and battery cases, there are sometimes he-said-she-said elements that are present. This can make it difficult to ascertain where we need to focus our energy. By looking at the case as a whole, we can make a determination about this, and you can help us to be sure we are looking at the appropriate points.

The fact is that we can't just plan on using a cookie cutter defense for your case. There are facets of your case that won't be present in every other case. There are facets to other cases that won't be present in yours. By working on a customized defense strategy, we stand the best chance of hitting on points that could make a difference in your case.

The criminal justice process is one that can be complex. Because of this, we need as much time as we can get to work on your case. Don't wait until it is too late to get started.
